About the Role

We are looking for a polite, confident, and responsible Customer Support Representative to handle inbound queries for Iqra Virtual School online Qur’an, Tuition, and Regular School programs. You will assist parents and students by providing accurate information and ensuring a positive experience.

10 Hours Shift From 10 am to 8 pm

Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls and messages professionally
• Respond to student and parent inquiries clearly and politely
• Provide information about courses, admissions, and schedules
• Maintain basic call and inquiry records
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (BS preferred)
• Good communication skills (Urdu required, basic English preferred)
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
• Professional attitude and punctuality
• Fresh candidates are welcome

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive at the Agency21 International office in Peshawar. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, and handling payroll and benefits. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR policies, conducting training programs, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The role requires collaboration with various departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in performance evaluations, payroll management, and benefit administration
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and conduct training sessions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering positive workplace culture
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR roles is preferred
